Set up our Ticket Source: communication, iterative update, time estimation, points of contact, JTBD, file organization + setup, and deliverable links.
Planning + Research: Gathered insights, content, user flows, metrics, and created hypotheses to test. Understand the project goals / brief. Ask follow-up questions.
Communication and Syncs: Create deadlines, milestones, prioritization, and video/in-person syncs on Google Calendar for standups or project updates.
Deliverable Execution: Create wireframes, 2-3 low to high-fidelity options, tag, guide and encourage specific feedback from design team / stakeholders
Testing: Organize UXR / Product Manager (Optimizely, Hotjar, G4, Usertesting) experiments. Report findings. Iterate with findings. Repeat until significant stats.
Share & Present: How'd we do? Post our wins on Slack. Tag people that supported our project. Create a slide with high fidelity mocks on results.
Documentation + Retro: Close ticket and all files with up-to-date designs + info. Update Figma + Confluence. Understand team processes for future efficiency.
